I'm San, a graphic designer and artist who loves all things cyberpop, retrowave, and pink! I stream FFXIV & LoL sometimes as my OC/persona Xivi on Twitch, where you can catch me online during the weekend & Tues-Weds! When I'm not working on commissions or gaming, you can easily find me burrowed in fluffy blankets or stuffing my face with delicious food, both at my fiancé Xinh's expense.

By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to my Terms of Service and will not use my artwork for Generative AI training.
I will regularly check in with you via email, Twitter, and/or Discord and send 3 watermarked WIPs (Works in Progress) based on my progress. Feel free to check my queue to see my progress! During the sketching phase, you can request any changes before I move onto lineart and coloring. No major changes will be accepted after the sketching phase.
You must pay half of the price and the rest of the price once I finish. I will send you a low-quality watermarked preview once I am finished. The high-quality version will be sent to you after full payment has been sent. Transparent images can be provided upon request. In the event that I cannot continue your commission for whatever reason, I will let you know.
No refunds after finalized piece is sent.
I have the right to decline your commission if you are unreasonably demanding, disrespectful, or your commission makes me uncomfortable.
If you are uncomfortable with me posting your commission on my social media, please let me know. Otherwise, I will be posting it on my platforms.

References: Preferably detailed full body references of your character with at least front and back. Can also include pose references. If you don't have a reference sheet please send me pictures of what you want on your character.

Payment: The final amount you are paying me after adding all of the prices together. If the number is inaccurate I will be sure to clarify with you.
